The VG-100 is a variable gain amplifier with a minimum gain of +6 dB. Four gain switches on the front panel provide additional gain in steps of +1 dB, +2 dB, +4 dB and +8 dB. The VG-100 features, low phase noise and a 100 MHz bandwidth. The input and output of the amplifier are AC coupled. Signal input and output connectors are SMA. The VG-100 comes in a 2U half-rack chassis and operates on 110/220 VAC.
